Saarikas made its FIA World Rally Championship debut the year before last. Last year, the stage was reversed, allowing for improved spectator areas and better parking arrangements. The solution proved to be a success and will continue this year.
The stage is exceptionally complex by nature and has proven to be more than challenging for many drivers in recent years. Fast, high-speed sections are suddenly followed by highly technical roads, requiring constant adaptation. Saarikas keeps drivers thinking about the smartest approach throughout the stage.
Vetomiehet will also drive the Saarikas stage.
