Secto Rally Finland gathers each year more than 30 helicopters, most of them involved in shuttling customers from stage to stage, but also including our own HEMS rescue helicopter and an aerial filming helicopter for the international TV production.
All helicopter operations are monitored by AirBoss, who are based on the various landing pads doing their part for flight safety.
The organiser has reserved several landing pads from all special stages, as well as the airspace in the rally area, in cooperation with Finnish aviation authorities. All helicopters and other aircraft arriving to the area as given in the Supplement must have a permission from the organiser for all flight operations.
All helicopter operators must make their registration from the link given below, as well as pay the charges as defined by the organiser. The amount of the payment depends on the date when the registration has reached the organiser.
Charges are for
registrations made by 16th July: 1 999 Euros (plus VAT 25.5%)
registrations made after 16th July: 2 999 Euros (plus VAT 25.5%)
