Friday is the longest day of the rally in terms of competitive stage kilometres. The forest stages begin in Laukaa. One of the most famous locations on the stage is undoubtedly the challenging “Lossin Mutka”, which attracts large crowds of spectators year after year.
The Laukaa stage, however, offers much more than that. For this year’s rally, the stage has been reversed, featuring a significant amount of roads that have never been driven in this direction before. The character of the roads and the rhythm change frequently and at a fast pace, making for a demanding drive from start to finish. Friday’s opening stage will once again be anything but easy.
Vetomiehet will begin the rally in Laukaa.
