Secto Rally Finland’s special stage number five, Lankamaa 2, was cancelled for safety reasons due to the spectators on Friday, August 5.
Since the cancellation occurred for reasons beyond the control of the rally organiser, the rally organizer is not obliged to return the ticket money concerning this special stage.
